Gareth Mbiyu vs Robert Gachara

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Kisumu Melly, Kisumu,  taking place on 25/08/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gareth Mbiyu (18 - 4(2) - 2) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Robert Gachara(13(1) - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Mbiyu and Gachara weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Lavatsa, and the three ringside judges are Alen Mwamzandi, David Macgoye and Udenwa Lalang.
