Chris Steen vs Davie Kinihe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Cathey, Christchurch,  taking place on 27/08/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Steen (4 - 5 - 3) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Davie Kinihe(2 - 1 - 4) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Steen weighed in at 174 pounds and 8 ounces, while Kinihe weighed in at 174 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joshua Dallis, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Houp, Harry Callison and Ian Duff.
