Brian Pugh vs Lee Giolitti

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Devonshire House Hotel, Liverpool,  taking place on 31/08/2027:

Clearly Kurusu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are SOS Brian Pugh (2 - 0) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Lee Giolitti(1 - 3) from Liverpool, UK.  Both Pugh and Giolitti weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nick Monahan, and the three ringside judges are James MacDuff, Robert Bevans and Colin Bowen.  

Round 1:

Pugh pivots to the left of his opponent.  Pugh lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Pugh clinches his opponent.  Pugh is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Pugh closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.  
Pugh steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Giolitti switches the action to the outside.  Pugh tries to land a cross, but Giolitti sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.
