Andy Gemmell vs Paul Cruz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oregon promoted show at USA-Oregon Gym, Portland,  taking place on 28/08/2027:

Clearly AI USA-Oregon have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Oregon Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Andy Gemmell (4 - 6 - 1) who hails from Portland, USA and Paul Cruz(3 - 13 - 2) from Portland, USA.  Gemmell weighed in at 125 pounds And 14 ounces, while Cruz weighed in at 125 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Zegarra, and the three ringside judges are Baltasar Mijares, Theo Wight and Peter Roger.  

Round 1: 

Cruz is looking to close the distance.  Gemmell pivots from in front of his opponent.  Cruz lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
