Keun-ho Kwak vs Aki Osaki

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Ninja Gym, Tokyo,  taking place on 04/09/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Keun-ho Kwak (6(1) - 1) who hails from Cheonan, South Korea and Aki Osaki(8 - 5 - 3) from Kobe, Japan.  Both Kwak and Osaki weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hisao Yamane, and the three ringside judges are Kaede Tsuchida, Hiroki Amaya and Mitsuru Yamamoto.  

Round 1: 

Osaki steps inside.  Kwak lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Osaki throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Osaki gets on the inside.  Kwak sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Kwak hits the target with a hard jab.  
Kwak tries to step out of his opponents range and lands with a solid jab.  
Kwak connects with a stinging cross.  
Kwak tries to keep the action at long range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kwak drives a right hook into Osaki's body.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Osaki's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Osaki's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Osaki gets on the inside.  Kwak lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Kwak tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a MASSIVE cross.  OSAKI IS HURT!  
Osaki is looking to close the distance.  Some sustained pressure from Kwak could be enough to finish Osaki!  Kwak lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS OSAKI!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Kwak!
