Jair Mujica vs Salvador Pino

Boxing Daily Report from the Njovu Promotions promoted show at Gig Rubalcaba Gym, Valencia,  taking place on 02/08/2027:

Clearly Njovu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Carabobo Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jair Mujica (3 - 4 - 2) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Salvador Pino(5(1) - 0) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Both Mujica and Pino weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Tome, and the three ringside judges are Selestino Sanchez, Marco Torrico and Macario Barreto.  

Round 1: 

Pino advances into close range and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Pino lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Pino manages to force Mujica into a neutral corner.  Mujica throws a left hook, but Pino clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Pino pushes his forearm into Mujica's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Pino to stop fouling.
