Aftab Zakariya vs Gazi Kanan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Saudi Arabia-West promoted show at Intercontinental Hotel Taif, Taif,  taking place on 01/09/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Saudi Arabia Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KSA Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aftab Zakariya (16(1) - 5 - 2) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Gazi Kanan(15 - 8 - 4) from Medina, Saudi Arabia.  Both Zakariya and Kanan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Welshel, and the three ringside judges are Adnan Qubaisi, Hassan Nagi and Waleed Ahmadi.
