Quico Almonte vs Paco Ponciano

Boxing Daily Report from the Joram Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Interiano, Montevideo,  taking place on 01/09/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uruguay-Montevideo Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quico Almonte (18(1) - 2) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Paco Ponciano(11 - 2) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Almonte and Ponciano weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Franco Berrones, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Santin, Carlos Jiminez and Rico Rogero.
