Samir Gasymov vs Mahammad Babayev

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Ganja promoted show at Shamkir Mammadaliyev, Shamkir,  taking place on 05/08/2027:

Clearly AI Azerbaijan-Ganja have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Ganja Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Samir Gasymov (9 - 6) who hails from Shamkir, Azerbaijan and Mahammad Babayev(12(1) - 2) from Ganja, Azerbaijan.  Both Gasymov and Babayev weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Huseinqulu Fares, and the three ringside judges are Seyfaddin Shihlinskii, Turkhan Alli and Mirali Panahov.
