Arjuna Sankar vs Akbar Bahl

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Delhi promoted show at New Delhi Jha, New Delhi,  taking place on 02/09/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the India-Delhi Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arjuna Sankar (7 - 2) who hails from New Delhi, India and Akbar Bahl(8 - 5 - 3) from New Delhi, India.  Sankar weighed in at 168 pounds, while Bahl weighed in at 167 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Malik Baten, and the three ringside judges are Azam Shams, Syed Ghazal and Jasvinder Ramesh.
