Diego Almeda vs Santiago Guimaraes

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Ginasio de Esportes Rexona-Taruma, Curitiba,  taking place on 03/10/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Armadillo Almeda (11 - 1 - 2) who hails from Manaus, Brazil and Santiago Guimaraes(16(1) - 5) from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Both Almeda and Guimaraes weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cruz Mato, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Mendosa, Gabriel Monserrate and Jose Gaia.
