Vicente Abad vs Neper Madrazo

Boxing Daily Report from the Lusungo Promotions promoted show at Ryo Renderos Gym, La Paz,  taking place on 15/08/2027:

Clearly Lusungo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-La Paz Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Abad (11 - 5 - 3) who hails from La Paz, Bolivia and Neper Madrazo(11 - 12 - 1) from El Alto, Bolivia.  Both Abad and Madrazo weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Guzman, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Porto, Pablo Amador and Santiago Guzman.  

Round 1: 

Madrazo sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Abad is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Abad sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Abad has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

Madrazo forces Abad to retreat into a corner.  Madrazo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a cross to his opponents body.
