Rob Rainey vs Angel Fleites

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Centennial Gardens, Bakersfield,  taking place on 14/10/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Rainey (16(10) - 0) who hails from El Paso, USA and Angel Fleites(17 - 6(1)) from Mar del Plata, Argentina.  Rainey weighed in at 230 pounds and 3 ounces, while Fleites weighed in at 229 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Cardozo, and the three ringside judges are Lee Copland, Billy Fergusson and Danyaal Ghazi.

Rainey hits home with a weighty left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE FLEITES WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Fleites recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Rainey steps away from his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Fleites gets on the inside.  Rainey pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Rainey steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Fleites quickly recovers.
