William Vaughan vs Carlos Covarrubias

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Centennial Gardens, Bakersfield,  taking place on 14/10/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are William Vaughan (5 - 1) who hails from Lincoln, USA and Carlos Covarrubias(13 - 14(1) - 3) from Bogota, Colombia.  Vaughan weighed in at 167 pounds And 4 ounces, while Covarrubias weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lee Copland, and the three ringside judges are Billy Fergusson, Mark Cardozo and Danyaal Ghazi.  

Round 1: 

Vaughan pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a ramrod jab.
