Callum Kotei vs Satch Fabre

Boxing Daily Report from the Selasee Promotions promoted show at Accra Antwi, Accra,  taking place on 13/09/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Western African Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Callum Kotei (18 - 8) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Satch Fabre(24(7) - 7(3) - 1) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Both Kotei and Fabre weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Deion Arthur, and the three ringside judges are Joe Kessels, Trory Sribor and Neil Sribor.  

Round 1: 

Fabre closes the distance.  Fabre digs in a right uppercut to Kotei's ribs.  Fabre wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kotei dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Kotei steps away from his opponent.  Fabre connects with a cross.
