Leon Paxton vs Rich Cerdan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-British Columbia promoted show at Surrey Haraldson, Surrey,  taking place on 15/09/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leon Paxton (12 - 5 - 3) who hails from Burnaby, Canada and Rich Cerdan(12 - 13(1) - 2) from Vancouver, Canada.  Both Paxton and Cerdan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mick Hanning, and the three ringside judges are Seth Kinnon, Sam Mortimer and Lee Christy.  

Round 1: 

Paxton pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Cerdan feints a left, and then connects with a cross.
