Joseph Akamenya vs Colin Ayensu

Boxing Daily Report from the Selasee Promotions promoted show at Achiaman Akafia, Achiaman,  taking place on 19/09/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joseph Akamenya (15 - 8 - 2) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Colin Ayensu(10 - 6(1) - 6) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Akamenya and Ayensu weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nabulung Berko, and the three ringside judges are Neil Sribor, Malik Hussain and Gregor Bedwei.  

Round 1: 

Ayensu steps to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Akamenya blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Akamenya advances into close range.  Akamenya pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Akamenya steps to the outside and lands a cross.  
Ayensu cuts off the ring, trapping Akamenya on the ropes.  Ayensu pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.
