Federico Tovar vs Luis Rizo

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Parque Luis Méndez Piana, Montevideo,  taking place on 10/10/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Federico Tovar (7 - 2) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Luis Rizo(8 - 6 - 1) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Tovar and Rizo weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Manuel Santos, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Gregorio, Jair Vilchis and Beltran Aquino.
