Malik Can vs Saleh Alizade

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Mumtaz Baliev Gym, Baku,  taking place on 22/09/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malik Can (16 - 2) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Saleh Alizade(11 - 3 - 3) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Can and Alizade weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malik Shabazz, and the three ringside judges are Mehman Dzhafarov, Samad Farra and Samad Farra.  

Round 1: 

Alizade pivots to the side of his opponent.  Can lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Can switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a hard jab.
