Alejandro Mero vs Gig Pedroza

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Guadalupe Galas, Guadalupe,  taking place on 24/09/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Nuevo Leon Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Mero (8 - 0) who hails from Monterrey, Mexico and Gig Pedroza(18 - 1 - 1) from San Nicolas de los Garza, Mexico.  Both Mero and Pedroza weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Loredo, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Yanez, Santiago Cobo and Carlos Rochel.
