Rico Solar vs Isidro Roza

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Ian Balubal Gym, Cebu City,  taking place on 25/09/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Solar (14 - 6 - 2) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Isidro Roza(13 - 0) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Solar weighed in at 147 pounds and 10 ounces, while Roza weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Dimanlig, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Magpatoc, Ricardo Olvera and David Makalintal.  

Round 1: 

Roza steps inside.  Roza is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  Roza clinches his opponent.  Roza pushes his forearm into Solar's face.  The ref breaks Roza's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  As Solar tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Roza has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused a cut in the corner of the right eye.  .  
Roza drives a left hook into Solar's body.  Roza clinches his opponent.  Roza leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Roza's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Roza pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Roza closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  Roza clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Roza pushes his forearm into Solar's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Roza about fouling.
