Gennady Sokoloff vs Alik Afanasyev

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Sverdlovsk Oblast promoted show at Kolzak Yaroshenko Gym, Yekaterinburg,  taking place on 30/08/2027:

Clearly AI Russia-Sverdlovsk Oblast have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Sverdlovsk Oblast Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gennady Sokoloff (10 - 10 - 6) who hails from Nizhny Tagil, Russia and Alik Afanasyev(12 - 2 - 2) from Yekaterinburg, Russia.  Both Sokoloff and Afanasyev weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aleksandr Trofimov, and the three ringside judges are Valeri Slutzky, Sergei Maliutin and Vikenti Bushuyeva.
