Leonardo Cubero vs Neron Gabaldon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Bayamon promoted show at Ovidio Umanzor Gym, Bayamon,  taking place on 28/09/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Bayamon Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leonardo Cubero (9 - 11 - 2) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Neron Gabaldon(3 - 1 - 1) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Both Cubero and Gabaldon weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Bailon, and the three ringside judges are Alano Exposito, Elias Subia and Eduardo Mallen.  

Round 1: 

Cubero sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gabaldon lands an overhand right.
