Zach Rugeje vs Banji Chipendo

Boxing Daily Report from the Quartey Promotions promoted show at Harare Mugabe, Harare,  taking place on 03/09/2027:

Clearly Quartey Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Harare Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zach Rugeje (14 - 4 - 2) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Banji Chipendo(6 - 4 - 2) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Both Rugeje and Chipendo weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Makalo Ncube, and the three ringside judges are Roger Breytenbach, Darryl Sibanda and Stephen Mubako.
