Tamarius Asabigi vs Michael Kimbuta

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Eastern Cape promoted show at Eghenyan Gym, Port Elizabeth,  taking place on 03/10/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa-Eastern Cape Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tamarius Asabigi (6 - 3) who hails from Port Elizabeth, South Africa and Michael Kimbuta(6 - 6 - 3) from East London, South Africa.  Asabigi weighed in at 168 pounds, while Kimbuta weighed in at 167 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Mthethwa, and the three ringside judges are Puleng Bungu, Borg Cronje and Ewan Nyauza.
