Maurice Marope vs Laurent Linder

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Flanders promoted show at Belgium-Flanders Gym, Antwerp,  taking place on 14/09/2027:

Clearly AI Belgium-Flanders have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport10, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Maurice Marope (17 - 5 - 2) who hails from Ghent, Belgium and Laurent Linder(16 - 3) from Brussels, Belgium.  Both Marope and Linder weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tino Laureys, and the three ringside judges are Dion Reynhout, Claudy Ollevyere and Meus Fournyer.
