Huang-fu Vi vs Shinji Okino

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 06/11/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the East Asian Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Huang-fu Vi (16 - 3(3)) who hails from Shenyang, China and Shinji Okino(12 - 2(2)) from Sendai, Japan.  Vi weighed in at 175 pounds, while Okino weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yutaka Hirayama, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Yamane, Hiroki Amaya and Eiji Mizuno.  

Round 1: 

Vi tries to step out of his opponents range.  Vi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.
