John Malcomson vs Chris Bothwell

Boxing Daily Report from the Slick Rick Promotions promoted show at Waitakere Potiki, Waitakere,  taking place on 20/10/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Auckland Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Malcomson (7(1) - 0) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Chris Bothwell(9 - 7(2)) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Malcomson weighed in at 107 pounds and 11 ounces, while Bothwell weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Matthew Chisholm, and the three ringside judges are Corey Hopper, Kahorere Hakaipari and Rob Horsburgh.
