Chris Brand vs John Gemmel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at Georgetown Notman, Georgetown,  taking place on 21/10/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Guyana Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Brand (6 - 3) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and John Gemmel(4 - 2 - 1) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Brand weighed in at 118 pounds, while Gemmel weighed in at 117 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Ririe, and the three ringside judges are Chris Halley, Danny Lyon and Bradley Shiels.
