Josh McAffee vs Cillian Cleary

Boxing Daily Report from the Magicman Promotions promoted show at Magicman Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 02/10/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jason Mcateer Josh McAffee (4 - 0) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Cillian Cleary(0 - 14 - 4) from Dublin, Ireland.  McAffee weighed in at 111 pounds and 2 ounces, while Cleary weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leeroy MacEwan, and the three ringside judges are Michael Dillon, Paul MacKenna and Leon McPeters.  

Round 1: 

Cleary digs in a left hook to McAffee's body.

McAffee feints a right hook, and then is on target with a sharp cross.

Cleary advances into close range.  McAffee pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cleary lands a left hook.

Cleary is looking to close the distance.  McAffee pivots from in front of his opponent.  McAffee lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  McAffee clinches his opponent.  McAffee uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Cleary behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
