Edmondo Ceci vs Augusto Scalia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Sicily promoted show at Palermo Scivoletto, Palermo,  taking place on 24/10/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy-Sicily Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmondo Ceci (11 - 9 - 4) who hails from Palermo, Italy and Augusto Scalia(8 - 1) from Palermo, Italy.  Ceci weighed in at 199 pounds and 6 ounces, while Scalia weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Savio Trapattoni, and the three ringside judges are Nico Scagni, Marco Scopelliti and Arturo Bongiorno.
