Naoki Tanigawa vs Nao Shimabukuro

Boxing Daily Report from the Hidaka promoted show at Japan-Kyoto Gym, Kyoto,  taking place on 25/10/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Kyoto Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naoki Tanigawa (15(1) - 0) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Nao Shimabukuro(14 - 4(1) - 3) from Kyoto, Japan.  Tanigawa weighed in at 199 pounds and 2 ounces, while Shimabukuro weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Ida, and the three ringside judges are Mikio Nagata, Kenji Fujiwara and Jiro Sugimoto.
