Edmundo Candella vs Tajo Olivera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Coahuila promoted show at Saltillo Tejada, Saltillo,  taking place on 24/10/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Coahuila Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmundo Candella (13(3) - 2) who hails from Torreon, Mexico and Tajo Olivera(10 - 17(1) - 2) from Saltillo, Mexico.  Both Candella and Olivera weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaverius Montera, and the three ringside judges are Iago Patron, Rio Milan and Vegas Lechuga.  

Round 1: 

Olivera attempts to land a left hook, but Candella sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Candella advances into close range and connects with a left uppercut.  Candella holds on to his opponent.  Candella is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Candella and breaks the clinch.  
Candella sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Candella quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Candella digs in a right hook to Olivera's body.  Candella clinches his opponent.  Candella pushes his forearm into Olivera's face.  The referee warns Candella and breaks the clinch.

Candella walks Olivera onto the ropes.  Candella lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Candella drives a sharp right uppercut into his opponents body.

He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents body, KNOCKING OLIVERA DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Candella lands a cross to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body, AND OLIVERA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  Olivera now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Candella is on target with a forceful right hook to Olivera's body.  OLIVERA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE ISNT GOING TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Candella!
