Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Linares, Cebu City,  taking place on 31/10/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yago Esqueda (14 - 0) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Angel Merlin(7 - 12 - 3) from Cebu City, Philippines.
