Farhan Adel vs David Edwards

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow,  taking place on 06/11/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Commonwealth Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Arena, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Farhan Adel (21(7) - 8(7) - 1) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and David Edwards(21 - 2(2)) from London, UK.  Both Adel and Edwards weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Devdas Fugro, and the three ringside judges are Lochan Rao, Mahinder Bhunder and Dayaram Bala.  

Round 1: 

Edwards sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Edwards attempts to land a cross, but Adel blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Adel feints a jab, tricking Edwards into throwing a left uppercut counter.  Adel is waiting for the shot and counters with a cross.  
Adel lands a jab followed by  two overhand rights to his opponents head.

Edwards steps inside.  Adel digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Edwards gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Edwards lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.
