Zuffur Taheri vs Kashif Fares

Boxing Daily Report from the Adusei Promotions promoted show at Maiduguri Flatari, Maiduguri,  taking place on 06/11/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zuffur Taheri (16 - 4 - 1) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Kashif Fares(16 - 2 - 1) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Both Taheri and Fares weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Theophilus Aliu, and the three ringside judges are Thompson Ezenwaka, Olufemi Doda and Patrick Ekoku.

Taheri steps to the outside.  Fares connects with a solid overhand right.
