Diego Gamez vs Diego Villacorta

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Estadio Luis Augusto Turcios Lima, Holguin,  taking place on 13/11/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Holguin Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Gamez (3 - 1) who hails from Holguin, Cuba and Diego Villacorta(13 - 7 - 1) from Holguin, Cuba.  Both Gamez and Villacorta weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Guillermo Mercado, and the three ringside judges are Angel Prisco, Diego Garcia and Carlos Caballero.  

Round 1: 

Gamez lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Gamez drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Gamez advances into close range and connects with a solid right hook.  Gamez clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Gamez pushes his forearm into Villacorta's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gamez sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Villacorta connects with a cross.  
Gamez steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Gamez ties up his opponent.  Gamez pushes his forearm into Villacorta's face.  The referee warns Gamez and breaks the clinch.
