Max Lai vs Obaid Abdoo

Boxing Daily Report from the Hacopyan Promotions promoted show at Kampala Kalizibwe, Kampala,  taking place on 13/11/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Eastern African Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Max Lai (17(3) - 4(1)) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Obaid Abdoo(10 - 2(2) - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Lai and Abdoo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shontae Batuma, and the three ringside judges are Robert Ngologoza, Polo Bourdillon and Chris Ntambi.
