Will Murchie vs Montgomery Oubre

Boxing Daily Report from the Namugerwa Promotions promoted show at Vincent Kane Gym, Calgary,  taking place on 16/10/2027:

Clearly Namugerwa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Will Murchie (11 - 16 - 2) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Montgomery Oubre(9 - 0) from Calgary, Canada.  Both Murchie and Oubre weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clint Craig, and the three ringside judges are Rob Kitson, Charles Wardrop and Robert Methvin.  

Round 1: 

Murchie is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Oubre is on target with an overhand left.
