Kabonesa Pianim vs Ulan Mensah

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Dawu Sports Stadium, Accra,  taking place on 18/12/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Ghana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kabonesa Pianim (17(1) - 0) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Ulan Mensah(7 - 9 - 5) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Pianim and Mensah weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Razi Adusei, and the three ringside judges are Corey Offei, Richie Buah and Greg Quatey.
