Cipriano Mellado vs Alvino Velazco

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Joram Gym, Montevideo,  taking place on 01/11/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Cipriano Mellado (1 - 1) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Alvino Velazco(5 - 9 - 3) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Mellado and Velazco weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montego Civil, and the three ringside judges are Diego Chirinos, Reyes Olmedo and Ricardo Puma.  

Round 1: 

Velazco quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Mellado drives a left hook into his opponents body.
