Takeo Sera vs Joo-ho Byun

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 04/12/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the East Asian Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Takeo Sera (24(12) - 6(4) - 1) who hails from Ichikawa, Japan and Joo-ho Byun(19(12) - 6(3) - 1) from Gunsan, South Korea.  Both Sera and Byun weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Ide, and the three ringside judges are Taro Sunada, Satoshi Fuse and Isamu Shibuya.  

Round 1: 

Byun is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Sera stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Sera lands a VICIOUS left uppercut.  BYUN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  It looks like Byun has now recovered from that shot earlier.
