Dante Quagliarella vs Gianmarco Bernardini

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Sicily promoted show at Palermo Bandinelli, Palermo,  taking place on 20/11/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy-Sicily Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dante Quagliarella (17 - 1) who hails from Messina, Italy and Gianmarco Bernardini(10 - 7 - 3) from Messina, Italy.  Quagliarella weighed in at 140 pounds, while Bernardini weighed in at 139 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Claudio Pasqual, and the three ringside judges are Rodolfo Candreva, Leonardo Bartolini and Cristiano Donadoni.
