Waltier Bel vs Newell Joubert

Boxing Daily Report from the Asosyasyon Boxer Revolisyonè Etazini promoted show at Beau Montand Gym, Delmas,  taking place on 20/11/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Haiti-Ouest Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waltier Bel (10 - 8(1) - 3) who hails from Carrefour, Haiti and Newell Joubert(5 - 17 - 1) from Delmas, Haiti.  Both Bel and Joubert weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tenenan de Balzac, and the three ringside judges are Platt Claudel, Sumner Richoux and Edmond Jacque.
