Charlie Mawejje vs Onaedo Kabonero

Boxing Daily Report from the Manyama Promotions promoted show at Little Flowers Arena, Kampala,  taking place on 30/11/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uganda Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Charlie Mawejje (15(4) - 0) who hails from Gulu, Uganda and Onaedo Kabonero(10 - 3 - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Mawejje and Kabonero weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Onaedo Odur, and the three ringside judges are Dave Toro, Asif Youssef and Ian Magunda.
