Elliot Damji vs Mark Rugasira

Boxing Daily Report from the Kit Henderson Promotions promoted show at Gethin Byaruhanga Gym, Kampala,  taking place on 02/11/2027:

Clearly Kit Henderson Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elliot Damji (10 - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Mark Rugasira(9 - 4) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Damji and Rugasira weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehman Madani, and the three ringside judges are Imran Zaman, Dave Ojara and Dai Birungi.
