Edward Do vs Syed Jat

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Berjaya Convention Centre, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 03/01/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Edward Do (18(8) - 1) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Syed Jat(9(1) - 2) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Do weighed in at 126 pounds, while Jat weighed in at 125 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Shariff, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Hammad, Farhan Younis and Saad Hassan.
