Andy Lenney vs Robert Whyte

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Bradley Pearce Gym, Winnipeg,  taking place on 13/12/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Manitoba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Andy Lenney (12 - 7 - 7) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Robert Whyte(15 - 2 - 2) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Both Lenney and Whyte weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Fiddes, and the three ringside judges are Chris Kidd, Wayne Pique and Lee Beaumier.  

Round 1: 

Whyte is on target with a left hook.  
Lenney is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Whyte lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.
