Nemesio Baron vs Santiago Casiano

Boxing Daily Report from the RingSlide España promoted show at Cubierta de Leganés, Madrid,  taking place on 01/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Spain Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal + Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nemesio Baron (25(8) - 1) who hails from Barcelona, Spain and Santiago Casiano(10 - 0 - 2) from Bilbao, Spain.  Both Baron and Casiano weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Inga, and the three ringside judges are Ulises De la Fuente, Vegas Hidalgo and Sagaz Archibeque.
