Neper Bencomo vs Jose Astorga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Luis Jerez Gym, Zapopan,  taking place on 25/11/2027:

Clearly AI Mexico-Jalisco have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neper Bencomo (2 - 5 - 2) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Jose Astorga(5 - 6 - 3) from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Bencomo weighed in at 174 pounds and 6 ounces, while Astorga weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luis Meraz, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Machuca, Miguel Alviso and Cisco Amador.
